Tessa Kerrich-Walker is Co-Founder of 100 CORPORATE, and Partner and Director EU Operations of DAMSON Group. She specializes is the field of Learning & Development, Strategy Consulting and Implementation. Tessa is best at partnering with businesses to develop and deliver learning strategy to drive business outcomes. To this end, Tessa believes learning should be engaging, agile, blended with ways of work, and fit for purpose. Against a backdrop of change and transformation in driving a learning-as-work culture, Tessa has worked with business heads (including CEO, COO, and CLO/CPO) to drive performance.

Tessa graduated from the Rhodes University School of Journalism to pursue corporate learning and development. She specialised in the financial services and mining sectors but pursue opportunities in the startup space, organizational learning & development and strategic consulting. Prior to Rhodes University, she also graduated in Journalism from University of Pretoria.

Her career spans inspirational pathways to work as Facilitator and Coach at FNB South Africa, as New venture business analysis, design, and implementation at Calibur, as Learning Consultant and Instructional Designer with LRMG, as Instructional designer at The IQ Business Group, Inc, and as Learning designer with Hi-Performance Learning. Her journalism career includes positions as Journalist & Sub editor at Grocott's Mail, Journalist with SA Career Focus, and had special assignments with SABC News.

Everything Tea is Tessa's Ecommerce sales and marketing strategy, B2B relationship management, sales venture, which she founded in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Tessa also won the Top Celebrator award at The Andrew Mellon Foundation Scholarship.

Syed Faraz Mujtaba Co-Founder of 100 CORPORATE and CEO & Partner of DAMSON Group. Syed Faraz Mujtaba is among the global players in the fields of strategic consulting and business acceleration advisory for more than 20 years. He has worked in Middle East, Europe, Asia Pacific, New Zealand, and Pakistan at various business development and consulting positions in multinationals including MCI World Com, ASPGulf, Meta Group, Gartner, SBFC Group, B. Oliver Inc., Plan International and Experton Group AG. Blue Ocean Strategy and Game Strategy are his focus areas and became source for his founding of various consulting groups, incubators, and startups.

Faraz worked with Meta Group UAE as Manager e-Solutions and was part of its $162 Million acquisition by Gartner Inc. After a brief stay with Gartner Singapore, Faraz joined Experton Group AG in Germany, which was an off-shoot of Meta Group.
